Comment 3 for bug 1427563

The bug has the same origin with https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1427569 - we need to implement mechanism to tie verification result with specific cluster configuration. Most of the changes must be done on the nailgun side. Added need-bp for both bugs.
