Workaround is not workaround.
After
for i in eno1 eno2 enp3s0f0 enp3s0f1; do ifdown ${i}; for i in eno1 eno2 enp3s0f0 enp3s0f1; do ifup ${i}; done
and restart deployment the node with workaround gone offline again
