Tatyana send me files from 9.2 env with the fix, and here are my observations:
/etc/logrotate.conf on target nodes is missing dateext
/etc/logrotate.d/fuel.nodaily is missing dateext

Please update the patch to include both
dateext
dateformat -%Y%m%d-%s

to all files.
