1. it didn't work perfect because it broke the swarm, and also, I sometimes see the same issue on debug-jobs when trying to revert snapshots.
2. maybe smart wait will help, but as a failover, we need to sync the cluster with the master node.
I agree that this is the performance issue, but it reproduced only on tests with fuel-devops, so should be fixed in the tests.
