Comment 5 for bug 1462997

This framework is not being used at all.
Previously there was and idea to use the task abstraction layer library to run every task together with
pre and post tests for them. But this was canceled in favor of the refactored task based deployment logic.
So this framework is no longer needed and should be removed.
