I see no problems with required settings on compute node:

[root@node-5 ~]# sysctl -a | grep net.bridge.bridge-nf-call
net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-arptables = 1
net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables = 1
net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-ip6tables = 1

And I can see non-zero counters in iptables:
