    Detailed bug description:

[9.1] [updates] env-update was failed on task [ sync_time ]
errors on node slave_contrail-analytics-db during update fuel env 9.0->9.1
installed plugins: Contrail 5.0.0, LDAP 3.0.0

2017-01-20 14:04:40 ERR /bin/bash "/etc/puppet/shell_manifests/sync_time_command.sh" returned 1 instead of one of [0]

Steps to reproduce:

env 9.0 + included contrail (9 slaves) (built using CI = http://jenkins-tpi.bud.mirantis.net:8080/view/9.0-custom/job/9.0.contrail.5.0.0.custom.dev/8/console)

install LDAP from http://plugins.mirantis.com/repository/l/d/ldap/ldap-3.0-3.0.0-1.noarch.rpm

configure it

reset env (to activate ldap)

deploy changes

update to 9.1 state master node = http://docs.openstack.org/developer/fuel-docs/userdocs/fuel-install-guide/update-fuel.html#update-fuel

add mos-updates "deb http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/mos-repos/ubuntu/9.0/ mos9.0-updates main restricted" into settings->general on Fuel UI

run fuel2 update --env
{env_id}
install --repos mos-updates --restart-rabbit --restart-mysql on master Node

deploy changes

deployment failed, error in slave-05_contrail-analytics-db

Expected results:

successful deploy and update to 9.1

Actual result:
 failed deploy
