Ansible 2.2.0 from EPEL was used on that installation.

There is a bug in upstream version of Ansible https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1652247

So we have to use patched version created by Mirantis.

Please do not use EPEL and follow upgrade procedure.
