Comment 2 for bug 1656150

From what I see in logs rc.local started but, for some reason mcollective unmasking part wasn't run. So, it looks like it hung somewhere in the middle. To understand where it could have happen I need to more files which are not a part of the snapshot: /etc/ntp.conf and /etc/send2syslog.conf.
