Comment 16 for bug 1656150

Is there any news on this or a workaround I can use to make the deployment work?
If I run /etc/rc.local manually it can sometimes fix the problem though after it is run, the deployment fails on each node it has been run.

It is very damaging having this issue because I never know if the deployment is failing for configuration issues or for a bug issue and each time I provision/deploy the servers it takes more than an hour to understand if it is actually failing or not.

I can provide more logs or diagnostics if needed. Thanks!
