Steps:
1. Deploy Fuel
2. Create a cluster
3. Navigate to Dashboard.
4. Hover mouse over buttons "Reset Environment" and "Delete Environment".
Actual result:
- hint of "Reset Environment" should belong to "Delete Environment" button.
- hint of "Delete Environment" should belong to "Reset Environment" button.
