Comment 1 for bug 1603572

This should be fixed in the Mitaka too because we have the MTA there (Postfix) but we don't use the mail in the system at all. Some crontabs (keystone for example) can produce the huge amount of mail which never can be seen by the operator if an error occurs during the jobs execution.
