Detailed bug description:
In case if we use Centos Cloud image - chrony used instead of ntpd and if we revert such snapshot - we received traceback:

reason- /etc/ntpd.conf is not present

after installing of fuel services - chrony is disabled and ntpd uses for time-syncing
