I have reproduced bug on ISO 368.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster:
   1 Controller, 1 Ironic conductor. Neutron VLAN networking, Debug Logging ON.
2. Wait until cluster has deployed.
3. Add 1 Controller, 1 Compute, 1 Ironic, 1 Controller+Ironic nodes.
4. Hit "Deploy Changes".

Got error message:
