Detailed bug description:
When Network template is uploaded, VLAN tag fields on networks tab is still can be written to.
It doesn't make any sense because VLAN tagging/untagging is defined by transformations part of the network template.
It impacts troobleshootability at least.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload network template
2. Open networks tab
Expected results:
1. VLAN tag field on networks tab should be disabled
Actual result:
1. VLAN tag field on networks tab is enabled
