Reproduced in fake UI, 10.0 master.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create environment (default wizard settings)
2. add some node and deploy the env
3. after successful deployment go to Networks or Settings tab (both cases allow to reproduce the issue) and change smth, save the changes
4. go to Dashboard tab and check the environment status
Expected result: the environment status remains 'Operational', the list of changes to deploy displays changes in environent configuration
Actual result: the environment has 'Partially Deployed' status.
This issue is reproducible in 80% tests. Should be checked on ISO.
