Verified on fuel-9.0-mos-429-2016-06-02_00-19-00.iso

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1. Create two discs.
2. Create new VM from fuel-9.0-mos-429-2016-06-02_00-19-00.iso
3. Select existent storages.
4. Start install
5. Click [Tab] in GRUB menu
6. Add to grub cmdline:
installdrive=vdb forceformat=yes
7. Press [Enter]
Note: installation process does not require user intervention
Actual results:
Fuel installed on /dev/vdb
