On the second thought, it's probably not worth it to be put into release notes:

- we don't set up Galera to be run in the multiwriter mode, it's a corner case when it does after a failover of a controller

- if that actually happens we could see different issues while this one is a very specific case of a general problem - it makes no sense to document this particular one alone
