Comment 0 for bug 1524967

As part of the fix for Bug 1506557, we added coverage reports for both the noop ruby tests and the printing of rspec coverage information for puppet modules. As part of the noop test refactoring in change I814667283ccfc6ebd7c16d961270f688e9fb9c4c, the coverage reporting has been broken and is no longer being run when jenkins runs the noop tests. Additionally the rspec coverage reports have been lost as well.
