Comment 1 for bug 1515891

The following behaviour expected:
provisioning task was launched for environment nodes, and UI user expects to get a notification when the task will be finished in format like "N environment xxx nodes were successfully provisioned".

We consider not a notification per provisioned node, but a notification per launched task.
