Since you have by your own created a patch [1], which got merged, you will have by your own make a request from openstack infra folks to get added into necessary gerrit acl groups of that project: the -release and -core group. You can find openstack infra cores on IRC (freenode.net) - #openstack-infra channel or send an email to openstack-infra mailing list with such request. Keep in mind that the one who created patchset is "authorized" to do such request (use as a reference the changesets URL).
Since there is nothing more left on devops side, im marging the bug as fix released.
