Ilya provided access to the env, but it self-healed itself at that moment. One observation from me is that it seems like log rotation triggered pacemaker's self-healing: 11 minutes after that it can be seen in lrmd.log that RabbitMQ is starting. (The rotation happened at 2015-08-23T00:00:00). See lrmd and pacemaker logs in the attached archive. Unfortunately we don't have pacemaker logs for earlier time - they are already rotated.

The issue seems to be the same as https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1472230

We need access to an env with the issue being active. Until then I am leaving the issue in incomplete state and reassigning it back to MOS Oslo team.
