Bug Description

In many places we use "six" as a glue for making fuelclient works both on Python 2 and Python 3 but we do not check this anywhere.

We need to add a non-voting job that would run Python 3 tests to see what is working and what is not. After fixing all the problems in fuelclient related to Python 3 support we should make it a part of default fuelclient tests.
