The test [1] is broken and should either

a) install mysql-server-wsrep-5.6 for tests,
b) make sure the upstream mysql packages get installed, i.e. put something like this into /etc/apt/preferences:

Package: mysql-client-5.6
Pin: release o=Ubuntu
Pin-Priority: 1101
