Apparently the fuel-agent (which is responsible for building IBP images) produces the correct pinning rules
(and sources.list)
However the Release file in MOS 7.0 APT repo [1] is wrong and states that this repo is mos6.1.
Therefore no package from this repository gets installed, ever!
