missed files are present in mcollective-common 2.6.0+dfsg-2.1.
When I installed it on node and launch manually, deployment process proceed with puppet applying.
It seems that we have to upgrade mcollective from 2.0.0+dfsg-4 to 2.6.0+dfsg-2.1
