Stanislav, sorry for confusing log. But please take a look at Aleksey comment - it is pretty accuretely described the problem.
We wasnt able to create listener for interface eth0 due to low memory availability.

And in fact it is the same problem as in this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1425090, but for virtualbox environments.
My proposal is next:
- If this issue reproducable often enough - increase memory for virtualbox environments
- In case if it is one-time failure - then we can set it wont fix, or atleast decrease priority and move to next release
