Exactly this was observed by me and Stas Makar. If you will run healthcheck atleast one test (that verifies network connectivity) will fail.
But obviously your private network should not be on the same interface as any tagged network. This is an example of valid configuration where bug can be reproduced:

eth0: pxe, private(vlan 1000-1030)
eth1: public, storage 102
eth2: management: 101
