The split brain issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1436343 affects original trusty versions for corosync with pacemaker.
As a solution, Fuel should install OpenStack environments on Ubuntu Trusty with packages crmsh pacemaker libqb0 corosync pinned to any external or internal vivid main universe multiverse mirror as it shows no split brain issues on failover
