Comment 3 for bug 1441094

It was set to High because partially it is a part of vrouters blueprint and we wanted to close it during SCF. As was discovered the unicast model needs much more time to make it work than we thought. We decided not to spend time on it in the end of SCF period, as we have more important bugs to close and we already have multicast model working.
