The new packages (rpm and deb) worked for me over Bootstrap, CentOS 6.5 and Ubuntu 12.04.4 in Fuel 6.1 (master).
After adding them to the repositories and building ISO I was able to get driver and bus_info data in the Fuel master.

The packages I've got from AleksanderM to verify:
rubygem-rethtool-0.0.3-3.mira2.noarch.rpm
rubygem-rethtool-doc-0.0.3-3.mira2.noarch.rpm
ruby-rethtool_0.0.3-ubuntu1_all.deb
