After this all I found, that instance just lost his IP address. I.e. DHCP-agent all that time was in inoperability state.

I do following:
* enable debug on node-3 (where dhcp agent was located)
* restart all agents

after 3 minutes (depends from dhcp client of instance) instance got IP address and connectivity was restored.
