The bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1428150 is already high. And this has main impact on broken state of log rotation.

Please also note, what we should not put rotation into /etc/cron.hourly, we should rather use a separate cron job running, for example, each 10 minutes, otherwise the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1440925 would arise when debug is ON and there are many nodes producing logs
