By design, 20-fuel-*.conf entries *must* repeat the ones for 10-fuel-*.conf.
That is needed for two separate schedule plans for the same set of the logs - one daily based and one hourly based.
The error reported in bug is non fatal and does not prevent logs from being rotated and could be ignored
