Partitioning on one of nodes failed on CentOS

During the cluster provisioning using 20 nodes (3 controllers + 17 computes) with CentOS anaconda failed to partition hard drive.
Snapshot is in attachment. Failed node name: compute_4
All nodes have the same disks and automatic partitioning so error is probably because bug somewhere inside of partitioning logic.
