Steps to reproduce:

 1. Create new environment (HA+CentOS+NeutronGre)
 2. Add 3 controllers and 4 computes + ceph-osd
 3. Start deployment

Deployment was aborted by provisioning timeout, because installation of CentOS failed on one of compute nodes (see screenshot):

 LVMError: lvactivate failed for nova: Unable to resume vm-nova (252:0)

It's Anaconda bug, there's a lot of similar bug reports for Anaconda, for example:

So it looks like the only way to fix this is to use something else (Ironic?) instead of Anaconda.

What's the plan for 6.0? Or we want to wait 6.1 when we are likely to switch to image-based provisioning in production mode?
