Snapshot test failed. I was unable to create snapshot manually.

100% reproducible on my host. I can give access to env.

I tried with different env's configuration. It's about 100% reproducible on non-HA/ubuntu/neutron/ceph (with Ceph RBD for ephemeral volumes ON) on my host. Not on CentOS or Nova-network.

I deployed this env (Ubuntu/simple (1 compute+osd) + 1 osd) and can't reproduce it.

I was on Alexey's environment and saw -- all process goes very slowly. I think It's a performance ussue.

It was seen in VirtualBox only.
