Tested using Fuel 5.1-9
Kernel-lt is now deployed when selected.
However, if also select "Install only Mellanox drivers" option AND install kernel-lt option get errors during boot:

Module mlx4_ib belong to kernel-lt which is not a part of MLNX_OFED [WARNING]
Module mlx4_en belong to kernel-lt which is not a part of MLNX_OFED [WARNING]
Module ib_umad belong to kernel-lt which is not a part of MLNX_OFED [WARNING]
Module ib_uverbs belong to kernel-lt which is not a part of MLNX_OFED [WARNING]
Module ib_ipoib belong to kernel-lt which is not a part of MLNX_OFED [WARNING]
Loading HCA driver and Access Layer: [FAILED]

Openstack installation fails afterwards on all nodes because of network interfaces not coming online properly.
