Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1322502 adds support for the unsupported_hardware command line option
that allows Fuel to run on hardware that is not supported by the CentOS distro being used. The User Guide needs
to include a section about how to use this option.

This section should not be in the main installation flow but rather afterwards, with a reference to it in the
http://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/master/user-guide.html#create-a-new-openstack-environment section.

Related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1322502 but it was never fixed in deployed nodes. I made a new patch that addresses this. Documentation is not needed.

summary: - Explain using unsupported_hardware option to install Fuel on hardware
- not supported by Centos distro
+ enable unsupported_hardware option to install Fuel on hardware not
