'show password' button disabled in Fuel Web after the deployment

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Fuel Web
2. Create new cluster with non-default user and password, and deploy it.
3. Open Setting page for cluster in Fuel Web.
4. Click on 'Show Password' button. (please see attached screenshot)

Observed Result:
User can't get the password from Fuel Web.
