Settings tab is locked after deployment and you cannot see passwords if they are disabled.

But developers and QA sometimes have problems with it because we can forget changed password or cannot knowing it (in case of customer environment).

Need to allow to see passwords on settings tab after deployment.

We should never return password to UI from backend. The only option for user to see password on UI is to write it manually. Password should disappear after page refresh.

the passwords are present in astute.yaml after deployment, we shouldn't need to show them again.
