according to this discussion http://lists.corosync.org/pipermail/discuss/2014-August/003292.html we should not use ifdown for tests, but turn off port on the bridge instead

I tested it manually on my virtual environment by turning of VMs port on the management bridge and it works like a charm.
Closing the bug finally.
