Reproduced on iso # 122 (KVM), my steps:

1. Created new environment: Ubuntu + HA + neutronGRE + Ceph (galnce, cinder, ephemeral, radosGW) + Ceilometer
2. Added 8 nodes: 1 (Controller+Mongo), 2 (Controller+Ceph), 5 (Compute+Ceph)
3. Started deployment. It failed, see puppet logs on node-1 (controller+mongo):
