I was able to reproduce this on 4.1.1 ISO 356 with slightly different results. After bringing the interface down corosync correctly moves the management vip. However, after that happens nova-compute services can no longer communicate with the conductor. Even restarting the nova-compute services didn't fix the issue. I'm not sure what the root cause was.
