Latest run shows better results:
Failed tests, fails: 2 should fail: 1 failed tests name: [{u'Check that required services are running': u'Some nova services have not been started.. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.'}, {u'Check network connectivity from instance via floating IP': u'Instance is not reachable by IP. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.'}]

However I'm still concerned and wondering why it works fine for other deployment types. Did we try to check it manually?
