It seems that in some cases nailgun agent sends incorrect meta to server by means that this data lacks ip address information for all node interfaces. This then leads to failure of checking interface inclusion into admin network https://github.com/stackforge/fuel-web/blob/master/nailgun/nailgun/network/manager.py#L753-L768
