Why? We removed the interfaces * nodes. We now upto 126 addresses currently with the default. This issue above is still going to be seen in the current model until the dnsmasq and fuel use the same range as long as users allocate smaller ranges as in the parent ticket.

I've code ready and waiting for code freeze to lift before working on it again. It needs more work on the unit tests, but functionally works for me.
