A priori won't fix because this is going to break the organisation of the documentation. The pdf version doesn't allow to create links to specific sections and will always be behind master. Alternatively we could make it point to github instead of readthedocs. There are people who install LAM outside of the Fuel plugin framework and so availability of the documentation must reflect that fact.
