I've no doubt that the segment is importable. What isn't happening is that the program is not updating properly, removing the conflicting programs and inserting the newly imported one.

As I understand things, the 09-13 XML should have removed the 3 programs downloaded on 09-02 and 09-03, showing only those from the 13th. The later listing is the one that overlapped previously downloaded listing.

One strange concidence in the two examples I'm looking at is that they are east/west channels -- there's a DST and a PST schedule. The problem has only hit the later schedule (the XML is all based on EST/EDT as appropriate), ie the west coast version of the channel but in each case when similar updates were made to the east coast channel's schedule, they were imported. Since the IDs from SD are different though, that would seem irrelevant.
