Correction from above:

This bug is still present in Build 20070927. A music file from AutoMedia plays (with non-functioning countdown timer). On completion of track, the media is killed from the playlist, but no new media is loaded. Application never enters Auto-DJ mode.

This issue has a related bug, Bug #145593
